My Personal Message
Hey Guys,
Thanks for visiting my personal fundraising page. The CARI (Children at Risk in Ireland) charity is a very worthy cause and I would very much appreciate your support in helping me to raise funds for this charity.
On the 1st of January 2012 I will be embarking on a charity event for 100 days.
Each day I will pick a discipline or exercise and perform 100 repetitions.
The exercises will range from body weight movements, weighted exercises and endurance disciplines.
Every day the work-outs will be posted on the EvolutionFSC blog and my personal Facebook and Twitter accounts.
To make sure that I will complete 100 repetitions every day, I will be recording each day and posting the video on the blog.
If you have a suggestion for an exercise just email or post on Facebook.
You can also send a donation via Shoreline Leisure Bray, donation cards on request.
Helping people through fitness

About my charity
CARI (Children at Risk in Ireland)
CARI, established in 1989, is the only voluntary organisation in Ireland providing professional child-centred therapy, counselling and support services to children who have experienced child sexual abuse and their non-abusing family members/carers. We also provide the only specialised helpline in Ireland for anyone with a concern or question about child sexual abuse and also provide training, preventative education and consultancy services to individuals and groups. CARI also strives to raise awareness on the issue of child sexual abuse and child protection in Ireland.
